Rise4Disability Kent - Plan Your Visit

All visitors to the site must first report to the visitor’s centre to check in and receive a badge that will grant you access into The Gateway Building where the event is taking place.

Important: Due to our high-security venue, to receive your badge you must present ID. 

Acceptable forms of ID include: Photo ID or a credit/debit card in your name.

If you are driving and using a location finder, please use the following address: Visitor Centre, Discovery Park, Ramsgate Rd, Sandwich, Kent, CT13 9FF. The best location finder we recommend is Google Maps. If the visitor centre car park is full please go to Green Car Park (see visitor map below).

The Gateway Building where our event is taking place is a short walk (approx 3-5 minutes) from the Visitor’s Centre. A drop off service running from the Visitor’s Centre to The Gateway will also be available for anyone that requires it. A limited number of disabled parking bays are available outside of The Gateway, if you require one of these bays please contact us as early as possible so that we can pass your reservation onto the venue. Disabled parking spaces are available on a first come first served basis.

As stated above, limited disabled parking is available directly outside of The Gateway Building, please complete the form above to request a bay reservation if you require it. A drop off service is also available from the visitor’s centre. If you do not require a disabled parking space please use the main Green Car Park. All parking is free of charge.

There are 3 disabled toilets and it is all level access within The Gateway Building. 

The Creative Kitchen Cafe is available on site selling hot and cold food and refreshments.

You may also bring your own packed lunch which can be eaten in the courtyard and seating areas around the venue. Please ensure you tidy up after yourself with the bins provided on site.
