Stand Spec
This event offers a space-only stand setup, giving you the freedom to create a more open and personalized display. With no shell scheme restrictions, you’ll have more room to spread out and showcase your brand in your own unique way. Bring along your roller banners, tablecloths, and other branded materials to make your space stand out and truly reflect your business!
Furniture
A complimentary 5ft x 3ft table and up to 2 chairs is provided on request. If you haven't already, please complete this form to inform us of your requirements. If you do NOT need any furniture please do still complete this form, so that we can allocate elsewhere.
Electric
It is your responsibility to bring any necessary extension leads, cables or plugs to connect to the electrical points located around the exhibition hall. Access to these electrical points is complimentary and included in your booking.
Food Sampling On Stands
Any exhibitors providing sweets or other edible 'goodie-bags' on their stand must clearly display any allergens in writing next to them, in line with the venue's health and safety rules.
Deliveries
Due to limited space, the venue has advised that they are not able to accept deliveries and store items on-site. We ask you to bring all of your supplies with you on set-up day. If there is no way around this, please contact marketing@rise4disability.com and we will talk to the venue to see if they can make a special accommodation for you, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Food & Drink
There will be self-service tea and coffee available, as well as a buffet lunch provided for all exhibitors and delegates. This will include a range of sandwiches, wraps and rolls, as well as crisps, fresh fruit and fruit juice. Please complete our forms ASAP to let us know how many staff you will have on stand, as well as any allergies or dietary requirements, so that this can be passed onto catering.
Accessibility
There are 8 disabled parking spaces on-site. Ramps are provided where needed to get into the event, which is all on the ground floor with level access throughout, and access to a disabled toilet.
On-site car parks are free of charge. All exhibitors will park to the side of the building in the blue car park (see map) to allow space for delegates at the front of the building. From the exhibitor car park you will be able to load your equipment through the rear doors straight into 'Lake' exhibition hall space. However, this space is only single door access, so for any larger items, please use the nearby 'Seymour' doors. Staff will be on hand to direct you.
